1. Those that will line up 20 minutes before departure in the right lane in an orderly manner
and ....
2. Those that will hang in the boarding area, lounging, checking their emails until the very bitter end
You will NEVER convince one type to become the other,

You just be you because NO ONE does it better and everyone else was taken
